What is Counselling?
Counselling is a confidential talking therapy that provides you with a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
It's an opportunity to work through life's challenges with the support of a trained professional who will listen without offering advice or trying to "fix" you.
How does counselling work?
In our sessions together, you'll be encouraged to speak openly about whatever is troubling you. This might include relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, work stress, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Through this process of exploration and reflection, you can gain new insights, develop coping strategies, and find your own path forward.
Counselling is collaborative – you remain in control of what you share and the pace at which you work. Our role is to provide a supportive environment where you can safely examine your experiences and discover your own inner resources and strengths.
We have incredible counsellors who offer in person sessions at our Colne centre or at various therapy settings across Greater Manchester to suit our clients’ locations.
Online therapy is also available.
£50 for 50 minutes
Combined Reiki and Counselling Session An extended session that begins with Reiki to identify areas where energy is stagnant due to emotional issues, followed by counselling time to explore and discuss what emotions or experiences may be present for you. This integrated approach allows you to work with both the energetic and emotional aspects of healing.
£65 for one and a half hours
